You’re only as good as the people you have around you. In trying to make a new appointment, frankly, I found it pathetic. I have for over a week tried on my own to make an appointment, only having to press a number to be called back because nobody answers. When they call back a day later, they leave no extension, having to go through the same, press a number to be called back because no one answers. That shows me where their patient priorities are.
