Winston Chow was completely dismissive of my recurrent ear infection that I had since 4 months, with multiple trips to ER for bleeding, severe pain and facial numbness. He wanted me to justify that I had an ear infection, and then told me I had none. He was very reckless with the ear cleaning too, wherein he likely touched some sensitive part of my ear, causing me to reflexively jolt away. Receptionist is very rude and disrespectful. Yelled over the phone at me when I asked to book an appointment with Dr. Chow over my ongoing issue that doctor knows about. And hang up the phone. I don't know how she is still working there.
I waited nearly two years for this appointment, and the outcome was very disappointing. I was prescribed Nasonex nasal spray, which I have already been using for many years without improvement. My concerns were not fully addressed, and I did not feel that my condition was properly evaluated. After a year or more of suffering with chronic sinusitis and sinus infections I was fortunate enough to meet with Dr Chow. I cant say enough about his professionalism and skill set . I'm recovering well from my sinuplasty surgery and repaired deviated septum. It feels wonderful to breathe again and I'm well on my way to recovery.
