Going for surgery is unnerving feeling, however Dr. Chow is comforting and professional. I felt I was in good hands trough ought the entire process and can now breathe substantially better than before. His admin Molika is amazing with the patients, always friendly and accommodating which is appreciated knowing how busy doctors are.
Dr Chow is a physician who is not actually able to be my physician since he decided that my surgeon who performed 2 surgeries called balloon dilation is far superior to him and that is his former teacher therefore he recently informed me he wanted to know if I am still able to breathe in the initial assessment. I saw Dr. Eric Henry and he was a very kind and professional doctor! I had a good experience all things considered and he's helping me out with getting a surgery that'll probably restore the quality of my life. I'm very grateful and really appreciate his kindness. Definitely call to book in through a refferal though, as they may not call you. 10/10 experience especially compared to my past ENTs.
It’s been a month since i was referred, they promised under a month for me to be contacted due to the severity of my illness, they are not returning the calls of my family doctor either, incompetent staff who don’t care about their patients.
Incompetent audiologist who saw me performed an uncomfortable exam without warning. Give patients PROPER informed consent
