I had a fantastic dental cleaning appointment today! Melissa is thorough and has a great chair side manner. All members of the team are so friendly!

After enquiring about a payment plan, the answer I received was 'call us when you have money' While I understand not everyone offers payment plans, I found the rudeness and lack of professionalism appaling. This is possibly the rudest email I ever received. They will be waiting a long time for that call.
