Severe bronchial asthma since a baby. Have been with Dr. Loesch for at least eight years and now no drugs, no more attacks. I'm seventy-six, no meds of any kind. Dr. Loesch and her staff seem to form partnerships with their patients. One feels valued and listened to by intelligent and caring people. Dr. Loesch is an exceptional doctor. She is smart, competent and knowledgeable and keeps her knowledge up to date. She purposely keeps a smaller practice so that she has time to know and educate her patients and engage them in decision making about their treatment. I can get an appointment within 1-2 days and if a matter is truly urgent, I can reach her by cell phone, day or night. She is warm, interested and personable, with a kind sense of humor. Well educated, listens and really seems to care. Her staff is fantastic! An office call is a good, constructive experience. She is well organized and kind. She shows respect for her patients and likes to find out WHY things are not right. If she doesn't have an answer, she admits it and looks it up. I prefer this functional medicine approach and her partnership with her patients. She does not rush and has a lending library which I love. A very intelligent, caring doctor. Lucky me.
I have been a patient of Dr Loesch for over 1o years. I have a lot of medical issues, some very rare. She never rushes me, listens to everything I have to say. She treats you as a person, a human being, an equal. I've seen many, many doctors for all my ills. She helped me when others said it was all in my head! I know someday she'll retire and she deserves a nice long comfortable retirement. But I really don't ever want her to stop practicing medicine! What would I do without her!
Perhaps the top of the best 3 physicians / Surgeons I have ever seen for prolonged periods. And I have seen MANY. I know she cares, her staff cares, and, simply, I feel safe placing my life in her hands. Without ANY question at all. She has the confidence and the security and the wisdom to utter the words most physicians fear to say: I don't know. Yet she always finds out. Brilliant, perceptive, not for the faint of heart -- and yet I feel she and her staff really DO care about ME. WOW!
