Windsor has relatively few neurologists but, if possible, I recommend a referral to a clinic in London or Toronto. My mom, now deceased, was a patient of Dr. Winger’s: was capable but distracted and not very pleasant or caring; and reception staff rude. I called to cancel a follow up appointment on account of her passing and was treated coldly: not a thank you, not a condolence. Asked to speak with Dr. Winger and was told no. Terrible. Avoid if possible, people deserve better.

Receptionist is absolutely terrible . Refused to reschedule my appointment for a later date with a weeks notice . She just cancelled it . Extremely unprofessional

Absolutely impossible to get in contact with during business hours. Third day calling multiple times after missed call during work hours. Still haven’t reached them. Always to voicemail or put on hold and forgot about. Not sure what to do.

The clinic is very dirty and unhygienic. They don't even have the equipment to run the brain MRI CD. They're operating with technology from the 1900s. Why isn't this place inspected? Clearly, the doctor doesn't know how to use the equipment, nor does he know how to pay for it. But they know how to take the money. When you come here, they lock the doors. They have a strange system. The working system is interesting.
