My family and I have been with Dr. Li for years now and I wish I could switch family doctors so bad. He doesn’t take your concerns seriously and when you ask for further examination via a specialist it feels as if he’s trying to talk you out of it. Every time I visit, I have to wait at least 40 minutes +, even though I have an appointment. Go to walk in clinic with an appointment instead.
If there is a negative rating, that would be my rating for his professionalism and empathy. He was my in-law family doctor for years. We eventually walk away from him since he treated senior so poor that without any respect. With recent incidents that he declined offer help to my in-law to have further scan due to painfulness. Because of his ignorance, lack of attention to detail and empathy, my in-law was so painful after a day of visit to him. It ended up calling to emergency service and hospitalized for a surgery.
