Can't even get them answer phone to make appt, an voice mail is border line rude... you're told not call more once and that they'll get to you when they get to you. Shouldn't take 24+ hrs for a call back
Been seeing Dr Reep for years from when he was at the mall & even over on Richmond Rd. I guess now days THEY have to approve your visits prior to appointments. Not taking new patients! How are you new if you've seen him over the past 30 years? Collom & Carney, your so called Clinic is not about people. My money & health will definitely go elsewhere.
