Extremely difficult to get medication refills or referrals. I went in person and they gave me an appointment for 2 weeks so I gave the receptionist the medication name, dose along with name and date of birth for insulin. She said he will send it to the pharmacy but that never happened. This is the second time I have this issue, another time they send it with the wrong dose!
