Dr. William Waring treated our daughter, Anita Freeman, at Tulane for 14+ years. He was so amazing, always concerned and treated her like she was his only patient. We drove to New Orleans from Panama City Beach, FL all those years. We never felt rushed and always felt like Dr. Waring was the very best for Anita.
