I was referred to this office to deal with some problems I'm having with my hand. They were supposed to call me to schedule something, but that never happened. I called between 7-10 times to schedule an appointment. Nobody ever answered the phone. I left multiple messages with my information to call back over the course of about a month. Never heard back.
Dr. Truluck was great. Answered our questions, was friendly, and very timely. Would highly recommend.
