Imma tell you Dr Torres is so sweet compassionate and caring I've been down in the end my guts tore up nobody could find what's wrong lost 200 pounds couldn't work no more. Went to multiple hospitals with no help. He did the necessary test no problem and found it and set me up with the help I need . Always informative patient, and precise in the information he provides. The office is always clean and welcoming. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. It’s what a family practice should be. It truly feels like family that has your best health interests at heart.
Dr. Torres-Pérez was very knowledgeable and listened to me very well, addressed my questions and reassured me that if I had any questions all I had to do was asked him or anyone in his staff; I truly felt comfortable speaking to him about my issues and my experience was just excellent, my appointment was quick and easy and everything I was looking for in a Doctor, thank our lord in heaven.
This review is on behalf of the staff of Dr. Torres. While Dr. Torres himself is outstanding, his staff is a different matter entirely. Regrettably, if the team fails to prioritize patient care, the whole system falls apart. The staff is rude, condescending, and negligent. We've been patients here for years, but enough is enough. My sister, a chronic patient with multiple issues, has repeatedly suffered due to the staff's lack of diligence, leading to numerous delays in referrals and authorizations.
