Who is taking over in Dr Todd's place. I need an infectious disease doctor who is familiar with parasitic diseases. Im tired of being told I have eczema by dermatologists who have no education in parasitology and refuse to do any testing regardless of how I begged and pleaded. I was a patient for a year and the last two times I’ve had my appointment canceled and supposedly now the office is closed and I have no way to even get my medical records. I’ve called many times and I can’t even get my medical records. My new doctor can’t even get copies of them. This is just wrong.
I have been seeing multiple specialists and plenty of doctors consistently and often since I was 12 years old 23 now and I have never experienced such rude and disrespectful staff anywhere! Having to wait an hour for a doctor's appointment has become the new normal for me as painful and frustrating as it is. My fiancée had 2 appointments to meet with Dr. Todd. We awaited over 5 hours total between the 2 appointments all to be seen by him only 1 of the 2 times for about 5 minutes total. He was refusing to even read and explain her results because we were understandably frustrated. We were there until about 6 pm for a 3 pm appointment and they literally close at 5.
