I have been going to Dr Tanner for over 15 years and he has always been professional and done a good job with my healthcare. Responding to the one star for the Suwanee office, he's only there one day a week. My experience with that office has been very good, so that sounds like an anomaly.
Got a call from my GP telling me that my colon cancer screen was positive, and that I needed to have a colonoscopy asap. First step was getting an appt with a gastro, and Dr Tanner was recommended. Called, left a message on voicemail. Called again, got to a person who sounded very unprofessional, and was told she’d get back to me within ten min or so. Never heard another word. If a Dr’s staff can’t follow through and doesn’t take their patients seriously, that’s not a Dr I care to deal with. No thanks.
