The staff at this doctor's office are horrific and should be investigated....There have been so many tests, and results from procedures, that I've had to call multiple times without receiving a response. These are potentially life-threatening long term issues and the office staff of dr. Robinson senior are shockingly disorganized and have excuses for every mistake, as they've been making mistakes for so long they've become good at it. Trash. I was a patient 2 years ago for a random colonoscopy,no issues there. I called recently to schedule an appointment for some issues I noticed, I called 4 times to be specific, never received a call or email back. Had to research another specialist to assist my problems. Times are tough but a simple call back would been the courteous thing to do. Unprofessional.
This man is a wonderful diagnostician who is both caring and competent. When absorbing his wisdom during office consultations, I am reminded of the best professors and teachers that have dispensed their knowledge. Thank you.
