Nice staff, very professional. Dr. William Cain listened to me and helped me find solutions to combat my allergies and when I go for my allergy shots, they get me in and out quickly.
Called this AM @ 8:00 and got a recording instead of a person. I was told to leave a message with information about what I wanted and the Dr. Office would call me back.so I did 4:00PM still no return call. So I called the Dr. Office again and was told it would be 2 weeks to see Dr Cain. This could have been avoided with a real LIVE person to answer the phone. Very disappointed.
