My husband had his knee replaced and now his hip replaced. My husbands case was extremely complicated due to a motorcycle accident in 1995 which blew out his pelvis and left him with metal rods and plates throughout his left side. Dr Tankersly did a superb job and has gone above and beyond excellent care.
I saw Dr Tankersley a few weeks ago. I have had a total knee replacement and 2 revisions on same knee in 21 months with Dr. in Macon,Ga. And got infection from last revision. Went to Dr Tankersley and he was so nice, didn’t rush through the visit and answered all our questions! He will be doing surgery on my knee. Never had a Drs. Appt where you felt like someone cared and wanted to help you! So thankful someone referred him to me! Give him a 10 out 10. Harriet was so very nice.. the nurse.
