I have been in with Dr Knapps office for 46 years at least and have never had a problem. Thanku They are good doctors and take their time with you
I advocate for my mother-in-law with Parkinson’s. On her last visit to Dr Knapp she was told he would order her a walker. It’s been 4 weeks & I’ve called twice to check on the status. He still has not placed the order! It also took a reminder phone call for him to refill her blood pressure meds. We have not received a call with blood test results or bone density test results. She tried to make an appointment with another doctor in the group & she was told she could not!
One of the kindest physicians I've ever been to.
