Everyone in the office is very nice
I had follow up care this morning. Staff was great as always. Excellent and nice friendly smiles. They were short handed and service was a little slow being called back to room. Dr. Shepply is always great and easy to talk to. Doesn’t mind answering questions and he explains everything. Always a pleasure to visit with him.
01/23/26, 8/22/25 & 5/16/25 - Totally enjoy "Rusty" ... always clearly & fully details status, procedure & next steps in treatment. Does so in a caring & personable manner. Great "Doc" to work with! Dr Shappley, "Rusty" - is cool! Totally puts you at ease; explains your course of treatment and listens when you talk before responding---all my definition of a quality doctor! An excellent choice all the way.
