We had a 2:15 appointment checked in a couple of minutes late paid our fee at 2:27 of $45.00 waited a few minutes pass 2 full hours then were given an appointment with Laura a nurse practitioner instead of Dr Rusty. Nice lady but not Dr Rusty. Would have been kind to know what was be expected. Not angry but disappointed I would say. Could be better handled He is 91 without memory but I am Not Thank you. Genelle
Dr William Shappley, III is very friendly, professional and caring doctor and his nurse also too.
