I had a great experience. I was getting two root canal’s done at once which everyone knows that means it’s painful! Dr. Alex and his two assistances Carly and I forgot the other young ladies name were very helpful and patient with me. Dr.Alex is very funny and knows how to calm your nerves down and he’s really good at his job! So if you are nervous you should request Dr. Alex or Dr. R he goes by both names.
They gave me a hard time about my insurance with a different story depending on who I talked to. Do they not know what they are doing? One person said they would only charge my one policy that doesn’t pay anything, then I front all this money until the others are filed and they send me a check later. The next person says they only bill one insurance and I have to file the others myself. Either way thank you. I refuse to bill my own instance and I refuse to front money to make their life easier.
