I was a patient at Tampa General Hospital, Dr. William Burgin was apart of my team. He conducted a bubble study of my heart. The findings were a hole in my atrial septum. He put it in this notes, he put it in my medical file. But he never once said a word about it. Until I found out a year later. He claims the report was not back when I was discharged.
