I’d give 0 stars if that were an option. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and rolled her eyes when I politely asked why we had been waiting for over 2 hours. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
They get your insurance to pre approved before they do the work. This way I would know my part that I had to pay. I had to get partials. They were all very friendly and professional.
