They get your insurance to pre approved before they do the work. This way I would know my part that I had to pay. I had to get partials. They were all very friendly and professional.

Got an appointment with a oral surgeon once I got new insurance for my wisdom tooth to be removed and dr.berry said he would do the referral for it to be removed but the lady up front was rude and didn’t want to do it after dr. Berry said he would. Will not be going back.
The wait is just too long Everytime.
