Set up an appointment for 2:30. Left work early to arrive early and fill out paperwork. Arrived at 2:15. Walked out at 3 without being seen. I’m in my 60’s now and I realize ALL I have is time. I have zero tolerance for not respecting my time. 10 minutes is acceptable. 15 minutes is borderline. 30 minutes is completely unacceptable. The young lady at reception seemed to be aware. All that I am going to say is that, your employees can make or break your practice
Had to have sinus lift surgery and implant surgery with Dr Ranucci. His staff was friendly and thorough with explanations and instructions. I hope nobody I know needs oral surgery, but if they do I could not recommend this place highly enough.
