We discussed a missed appointment fee of $220 so I missed it as I had to work, got a bill for $420 ( $200 more than we discussed!) which is over $10/minute for the session. This is well above the reasonable cancel fee in Massachusetts so will see how it plays out. Notice all the reviews are from 10+ years ago, perhaps it was better back then
One session with Dr. Newman and I felt as if I had been robbed. I walked out and felt compelled to warn others despite the old 5 star reviews. Kicking myself for not seeing the bright red flags like a cash discount or answering the phone himself with immediate availability (as in less than 24 hours) with multiple time options.
