Absolutely love this Dr, staff, location, and admin. Dealing with insurance and medical problems is a full time job when you are sick. Dr Martin is trying to keep you alive by looking at the entire picture. The exact reason Primary Care is so very important. I’m a gripey flight medic and they keep me happy.
Dr. Martin is very thorough and listens to what you have to say. He has been very active in keeping the community informed on the Covid situation.
Ridiculously rude phone staff! I called to make an appointment & the receptionist said, "Who are you making an appointment for?" I told her any available doctor. She replied "What do you mean any available doctor?!" Train your phone staff to have a little more patience with clients!
