Compelled to share this after sharing with another Dr. of mine and 3 other nurses. Had a surgical procedure done, 8/13. As the nurses were preparing to wheel me in this women walked in to my room. Her waist tag stated Dr. She told me they were going to put a tube down my throat for breathing. I panicked as I am claustrophobic. Finally one of the nurses leaned in and told me I would be out. Dr Harper and his team provided excellent medical services in removing a malignant tumor from my kidney. They are professional and caring and the whole experience exceeded expectations. Also, communications between his staff and me were thorough and timely.
At first me and my husband was happy he found a doctor that can help him. But now my husband has gotten worse and we try to have Dr.Zisman call us back, but still haven't heard anything. My husband ended up in the emergency room yesterday and I try to call Dr. Zisman office and still no answer. It seems like he gave up on my husband and now he's worse with no answers.
The staff were universally kind, compassionate and knowledgeable during my recent hospitalization. I cannot thank them enough.l
The leadership lacks a feminist focus-- they are fully dredged into the dysfunctional medical system. If you have conditions beyond masic medicine-- don't count on any doctor in this clinic to have your back. In fact, if you advocate for yourself you will likely be fired from their service. Complicated medical issues, are just too much for the doctors in this clinic.
For several years she has been my main doc. I cannot express enough, at 50 years old, just how fortunate I feel to have her as my main provider. She has always, every single time, taken extra time to listen, ask, suggest, and anything else you would wish for in a provider. She is always on time, professional, extremely courteous. This guy is the most disingenuous and duplicitous healthcare professional I have ever encountered. He is the so-called infectious disease expert, but had no explanation of how my mother got Covid-19 at UW Medical Center NW. He showed no compassion and no accountability. I could walk circles around his logic, and it just irritated him versus talking to a concerned daughter of a sick patient. This is not urgent care! I waited and watched people getting taken back as soon as they came in the door, Evidently you can book your urgent care appt online. I did not know this and sat there being bypassed for over an hour! I came in with heart issues and the never triage me or looked at me at all. People with rashes were taken ahead of me! Our child was sick for more then 13 days, no improvements and getting worse. We went to UW urgent care to see a random doctor to get antibiotics. Dr. Anita Reddy was the one.
