One of the most attentive/caring/humble doctors (individuals) there are! Truly listens to your concerns, never rushes you out the door, and doesn’t hesitate to refer when needed! The only issue is waiting now for a week or two to get an appointment. (Can get one much sooner over the phone)….. BUT, the wait is worth it! You take the bitter with the sweet!
Dr. O'Brien is the most compassionate person willing to advocate and go above and beyond for his patients. I feel very lucky to have him as my family Doctor and I always hear the same thing from other people who have him as well. He has helped reduce the stress of navigating our system when dealing with something that is out of the ordinary. His administrative assistant has also been really helpful and kind.
