Dr. O'Connor, as far as my experience is concerned, is very interested in the patient's situation and gives excellent advice, after he listen to the patient's concerns. I am very happy that he is my doctor. I find him to be one of the best.
I had an appointment scheduled for 11:45am for my aunt. We sat in the waiting room for and hour and 15 minutes. I went to the staff and asked how long and they told me that Dr. O'Connor is always running behind on his appointments. I said that if he is always running behind why do you schedule appointments so close to each other. No answer. In my opinion it's to get as many appointments set for the day to bill the insurance company. Maybe if he knows he always runs behind, maybe schedule appointments further apart.
