Can't get their billing straight.
Called in to ask if the doctor was able to do a brief consultation, as choosing a primary care physician can be extremely expensive when you are paying out of pocket, and in no way was insistent on it whatsoever. I was transferred to "Paige" who very rudely informed me "We don't DO THAT" offering absolutely zero follow up information on how to proceed. Completely unnecessary amount of spite and rudeness in her response. Will not be attempting to call back to this office or schedule an appointment at any time.
My husband and I were both told, at the Flatonia Clinic, that we didn’t need an appointment to have our blood pressure taken. He was feeling ill, went in to have it taken, and was rudely reprimanded for not having an appointment.
I have gone here for lots of things and they have always helped me out with success. They really do show care and concern for the people in their care.
