This is the best imaging experience I have ever had (60 years). Quick, expert, clean and kind. The imaging was sent immediately to my doctor. I was offered a personal copy for my own records, as well. This was in May 2017.
Long wait times just to talk to someone. They hang up on you (?accidentally) about 50% of the time. Staff seems very overburdened. Once you reach someone they are rushed and do not seem to listen. My primary physician ordered the imaging by fax and by 3 weeks I had still not heard from this imaging center. I called them several times and finally reached someone. She was obviously SUPER busy and initially said they could not find my order. Then said 'oh here it is'. Then 'we have no requested approval for it yet'. Now it is 6... read more
