My insurance is Aetna Medicare PPO. I checked with Aetna, last 11/2025, and was told doctor was in-network. I was told by Aetna to double check with provider which I did. I saw the doctor on 11/2025 for a consultation. The following month I received a bill from Cedars Sinai/Aetna, labeled as out-of-network.
