On October 31, 2016 I went in and made an appointment for my Mom who was 90 at the time and had cancer. On Wednesday when we showed up for the appointment. The receptionist said she cancelled the appointment and we could not see the Doctor. She was very un- professional. Just kept repeating what I said. She had a total disregard for my Mom well being.
