Yes this is Kenneth White I have had the worst experience with Dr Anderson 2 years ago he told me he was the leader of my pulmonary care team instead I get a call canceling my appointment 4 hours before I'm due to show up I have CT scans that have not been read to me I am highly upset with the pulmonary team at Tampa general hospital they have let me down thank you for your service
Visit Dr. Anderson's office and was very happy with service. Dr. Anderson and staff explained everything in detail and also took the time to follow up. They had an uphill battle against my insurance company but worked diligently in the fight to get the necessary medical equipment needed.
Horrible! I saw Dr Anderson and his partner they referred me for a CT chest scan twice each. When the results came in both I was not informed or no explanation of what the CT scans and a speriotomy test. So I did both tests twice. there's a lot more I could say but I'm not going to waste my time on these doctor it won't do any good. Because I got a certified letter and a regular mail letter both the same letter. Stating if I contact them in the future about my lungs they will put it in my file but they will not respond. Great doctor but it is now going on three weeks and still cannot get a prescription for an inhaler I need.
Dr Anderson told me months ago how important for me to get a Cpap machine. Told me I would hear from the company within two weeks. It’s now been months. Still waiting. I have been a patient of TGH for years and have been very happy with everyone till this guy.
