At first he was pleasant, friendly, listened and observed as much as he dictated and advised. After the COVID vaccine came out he opened the visit with "still not getting the vaccine? We really do recommend it." I explained more than once my reasons and still he persisted. I had to contact my insurance company to report him not allowing me to bring my ada approved registered service animan.
