I had a terrible experience at this place. I scheduled two appointments with Dr. Pintauro, both of which were confirmed by their staff. However, both appointments were subsequently canceled. The staff was incredibly rude, telling me that Dr. Pintauro wasn't available, even though he was in the office. They then told me the next availability was in two months, as if they didn't care. I trusted him and he let me down. The ER told me to see a urologist and he told me he wouldn’t see me until the antibiotics were done. I am in severe pain and blood in my urine. I won’t be back.

Great physician, is never rushed, responds to questions thoroughly and is an advocate for his patients. I'm very appreciative of Dr. Pintauro.

I always believed Dr Pintauro was a good doctor until I needed some help as I developed a UTI and he and his associate never responded to my needs. Seemed he didn’t really care and feel he acted unprofessionally. I sought to drop him and seek another urologist. Was very disappointed by his lack of communication.
