Attempting to get ahold of ANYONE in this office is RIDICULOUS!! On hold for 30 + minutes Just for someone to answer the phone is beyond me how any of the front desk staff are still Employed! This is unacceptable. Thank God my reason for STILL ATTEMPTING a call is to request my Dad’s medical records to transfer him out of this Office!! I work in Medical and This is insane … 2 days in a Row ??? The answering service is better !!! Take Note Front Desk Staff!!
Waited a year to write this review. I was hospitalized in manatee memorial for a week last year in the beginning of September for kidney issues. I was an established patient with DR.Tingle he had me on a Dailey medication even but upon my discharge I was unable to get a follow up apt with him. I was told to continue my care at the hospital. I ended up having to find a new urologist and received a well over due lithotripsy sx procedure. I reached out to his office many times and even was hospitalized again a total of two time... read more
Great, caring, professional doctor
They are understaffed 100%. I’ve been calling for two days now cannot get through. I’m on hold at least a half hour to 45 minutes. What gives terrible terrible
I've only ever had a good experiences with Dr. Tingle as a doctor. As some of the other reviews mention, I have also needed to call multiple times to get appointments scheduled. Providing a 1-star review for a DOCTOR (who should be graded on how well they perform actual SURGERY) because you may have to call a busy office more than once for an appointment is ridiculous. Hopefully their office staff and/or processes can match the professionalism and courtesy of their doctors.
