Dr Slade is attentive and knowledgeable. I can’t express how impressed I am with his down to earth interactions and caring attitude. He has helped me in so many ways. Diagnosed PMR for me and sent me to a rheumatologist for condition. Office staff is also excellent. I was also very happy with PA appointment recently and I love the portal. He always gets back to my questions readily. He has earned my utmost respect. Thank you Dr. Slade!
