I can’t say enough good things about Dr Powers. He’s been the most accommodating, patient, kind, selfless Doctor I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing and being a patient of! I really think other doctors could learn a thing or two from him. He’s made my life so much better with his care and I really can’t thank him enough for that. He’s a real gem and if you ever get the chance to be a patient of his you’ll see that too in his care.
Very wonderful staff and excellent care, but their customer service is horrible. They need to hire another person to handle scheduling and the front desk. Never answers the phone and the only other way to request a refill of a perscription is via email, which they are equally slow to respond to. Frequently I am having to stretch my medicine to last the periods of time where I am desperately trying to contact them to refill. Do not want to leave the practice, but they desperately need to improve here.
