Under new office management and things have changed quite a bit. All communication has to be done via a generic office email or generic voicemail. They DO NOT answer phone calls, it takes several business days to hear back and they only contact you by email so nothing ever gets accomplished. My partner is going on their 4th week without medication and was just informed via email that now they need to have an appointment before they can send a refill. There’s a healthcare provider myself I truly cannot express how appreciative I am of Dr. Powers and the rest of his staff. This is the best medical care I have ever received as someone who does have some conditions. I do feel that I am treated extremely well. This is the best place to go to Dr. Powers is extremely knowledgeable and only provides the best care. Would always recommend 10 out of 10
