Extremely rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. Literally treated me like I didn’t deserve good treatment bc of my weight gain. Treated me like I wasn’t even a person… the shallow affect was just to make him seem like he has empathy in prior appointments. I have never been treated so poorly by a provider until my last appointment with him. He yelled at me, spoke down to me, told me to remove my mask or speak up and even slammed his hands on the desk when he had to look up my information. Both my wife and I saw Dr Parsons and he is such a warm, kind, patient doctor. We really appreciate how he takes him time with us and listens attentively. He helped both of us with our health/recovery and we are grateful to him for that.
He is simply the best! Really cares about his patients.
