I whole-heartedly recommend Dr. “Bill”. He puts his patients first. He’s thorough, he listens to you. He was influential in getting my husband down to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and in to see a top surgeon, as Dr. O’Toole put it, “We need his expertise”. Dr Bill has long term relationships with patients.
Had to find a new doctor due to new health insurance. I found Dr. O’Toole on my insurance company’s web site. When I called their office to make an appointment, I confirmed that they did indeed take my insurance. Had to wait months because it takes forever for a new patient to see any doctor these days. Finally, when I arrived to check in for my appointment, I was told they don’t take my insurance, that this wasn’t the first time this had happened, and they “don’t know who is telling people that they do.” Now back to finding... read more
