Dr. Cole is very intelligent, expert diagnostician, who tells you the truth you need to hear from your doctor. He keeps it real and I love him for that. Ps. He is also compassionate and sincerely cares about his patients. Also, his office manager Erika is amazing! She moves moon and earth to accommodate her patients. Excellent staff.
Clearly takes on too many patients, appears to rely on overworked nurses and other staff to provide care, with (in my case) poor results. NYU's system pushes you to contact him directly via MyChart (he is listed as sole member of "care team"), but (in my case) messages went unanswered far past the 3 days listed. In my case, weeks. I was put on a (very) off-label dosage of a prescription medication without explanation and my follow up questions have been ignored.

Dr Cole is a cardiologist that provides patients top notch care. He cares about his patients. He leverages the ample NYU resources for the benefit of the patient.
