My mother had Dr. Childres for about 10 years at a practice she went to for over 60 years. She never cared much for him after being switched to him by the practice. For the last three years he insisted she needed 24/7 care when she didn't. I went to Dr. Childress as a new patient, and he ended our relationship on the second visit. He claimed he was ending our doctor-patient relationship. Because I refused to follow his care plan. His care plan started me 10 years backwards. He was rude and arrogant in our first visit. On my second visit he didn't like it when I told him I was going to let my cardiologist handle my high Blood Pressure. I have other problems that he could have taken care of, maybe.
