Amazing experience truly worth the wait, best and most knowledgeable medical staff I have ever encountered !! Went here for my deviated septum, Dr Belles did an amazing job, the staff was extremely sweet, and I overall feel so much better !! 10/10 experience would not go anywhere else !
Both staff AND Dr belles himself are completely rude. I missed ONE appointment and had to leave early during another because his wait times are insane . I am a 18 year old full time college student plus I work a minimum wage job and I had gotten called into work which is why I had to leave . I recently tried to make an appointment and I found out that I HAVE BEEN BANNED FROM MAKING APPOINTMENTS WITH HIM. I felt seen and heard during my appointment he didn’t make me feel dismissed or uncomfortable I felt like he understood I was really in pain and he addressed it immediately absolutely amazing
He’s an excellent surgeon. He’s friendly, attentive and thorough. He’s a perfectionist with his results and it shows, and I really didn’t experience any major issues with wait times. If I had it would’ve been worth it. I would recommend him for sure!
