Dr McClanahan is a wonderful doctor, he listens to you and gives you the time you need to explain what's going on with you. He is very patient with you and does not push or hurry your conversation with him. He's a blessing to have for your doctor! He is very kind, empathetic to your illness and needs, he will go above and beyond his call of duty to help you. I love him and his whole staff very much!

While Northside Medical itself as whole has gotten too big, Dr. Bill McClanahan remains personable and genuinely concerned about his patients. He is very knowledgeable about all medical conditions and if he is unsure, he has a large networks of physicians to refer you to.
When my Mothers Dr. retired last year we were at a loss for what we would do for good quality care. We were hoping to find another Dr. with good bedside manner, and that showed her they were listening and cared. Dr. Mac has been awesome and his nurses are just beautiful caring people. He was most definately a God sent blessing. Thanks Guys.
