He put my mother on a medication. After I told him it was the only medication she could not take. He asked why and I told him. Afterwards she lost her memory. I had her moved to rehab. When I checked her medications after being moved to rehab, he had out her on the digoxin. This was 11 days later. She had every side effect. She didn’t recover. She died. RIP Mary Topolski. Btw, he primary was on vacation. He was a fill in.
