Bill Bell is incredibly negligent. He was my doctor my entire childhood and I complained about symptoms all the time. He told me bizarre made up things about my skin conditions and blamed living in Alaska. I have severe illnesses since birth and the symptoms of them are those things I complained about. He ignored me my entire childhood and now inadulthood, I have lost organs and am severely disabled. He's super old at this point and hopefully will retire soon. Do not go to him.
