I had surgery today at Brisbane Day Surgery with Dr William Glasson, and my experience with him has been outstanding from start to finish, from my very first consultation right through to my surgery today. Dr Glasson has a fabulous manner at putting you at ease immediately. In 13 months I have not had such a positive experience with a medical professional except for my GP. His offsider Matt is also great bloke who is patient and kind.
I met him today for the first time and immediately felt at ease with his friendly manner and genuine assurance of how to proceed with treatment and diagnosis of my condition. I appreciated his honest approach and request for a second opinion from a colleague who agreed with him making me even more confident in his recommendations for follow up/further treatment. My appointment was on time and all staff were friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend Dr Glasson
