They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. Dr Forlano is a very personable, intelligent doctor. He doesn't talk down to you and in my experience, he takes as much time as you need to discuss something. He has a very reasonable approach - isn't surgery/drug happy, but isn't against them, either. I find him to be a very rational, easy going doctor without that pompous, arrogant attitude that makes you dread going to the doctor.
