Appalled at the lack of consideration for patients. I went to Dr. Schneider because I had a very satisfactory previous working relationship with him and his practice. However having waited almost three months for an appointment (made on 27th August) I got a call 1.5 hours before my appointment yesterday to say they needed a letter from my hip surgery doctor (February 2024) to say I don’t need pre-meds before my appointment; this was an hour and a half before my appointment which was made almost 3 months ago! I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Schneider for the first time and had a wonderful experience. Dr Schneider is very pleasant and has a great demeanour. I generally dislike going to a dentist but not anymore.
