Very Unprofessional and rude receptionist, sounded like she was eating trying to rush me off the phone while I’m trying to make an appointment, I wouldn’t step foot in this place..
Beware! Dr. Kalafatic is very aggressive, yells at people and is erratic. He will cut you off while you are talking, talk over you and is argumentative. He won’t let you get a word in, even when your trying to explain things because he has the information wrong…he just won’t let ppl talk. He comes out of the gate so aggressive. A provider with this temperament can’t effectively treat patients. Stay away.
