It's taken me over 2 years to muster up the courage to post a public review about my referral to Dr. Henning. I had 2 appointments that were unpleasant simply because Dr. Henning dismissed every concern I had involving the pain I was experiencing during my nerve testing. He claimed it was nothing to do with his tests, and proceeded to conduct the tests with zero concern about the pain I was in but instead shamed me for it. I had the most pleasant experience with Dr. Henning yesterday. His staff was kind and friendly right from the start. His nurse was especially sweet and helpful. Dr. Henning was kind, patient and gentle. He explained everything he did well and why he was doing it the whole way through my nerve conduction study. Then he throughly discussed the results with me. I was super impressed with his knowledge and experience . I'd recommend Dr. Henning any day.

So I had made an appointment for my Husband, the lady that makes the appointments was very rude. Our first initial appointment was made and was not missed we called a week before the appointment to reschedule. We was rescheduled a week later and a bad storm hits. So we called around 8 times starting at 8:00am…then the next day continued to call and no answer at all, each time….Voicemail!! Voicemail!!!
